These glasses are delivered in official brand packaging along with our Occhio House Care Kit, which includes a cleaning spray, a microfiber cloth and a mini screwdriver. Perfect for keeping your frames in great shape.  

When cleaning your new frames, use warm water to remove tiny particles of dust and dirt and allow them air dry if possible. Don’t wipe the lenses when they’re dry as it may scratch them.

Choose specific eyewear cleaning products and a soft, clean, lint-free cloth like the one found in our Care Kit. Abstain from using household cleaning products or fabric with textured surfaces.

Hold your frames by the bridge, not by the arms: this protects them from any unintentional bending. To adjust any misalignments simply use the mini-screwdriver included in your kit.

When you’re not using your frames, store them in their case with the lenses facing upwards. This protects them from dust, scratches and bending.

Minimize contact with cosmetics or perfume, which can dirty the lenses and damage their protective coating.

You can return any item from occhiohouse.com within 7 days of delivery. 

To be refunded, products must be returned clean, unworn, and with their security tag still on. We will provide a full refund within 14 days of you receiving our confirmation return e-mail.
